Julien Charbonneau is CDAP outreach and partnership Lead. Julien previously worked in an outreach role for the Build in Canada Innovation Program (BCIP) where he contributed to the development of strategic partnerships, notably with the academic sector and with a multitude of players in the Canadian innovation ecosystem. Julien also worked on internal and external outreach for the Innovative Solutions Canada (ISC) program. Julien holds a B.A. in Political Science and a M.A. in Conflict Studies.
